PNB Holdings secures new long-term lease with Giftaway at PNB Makati Center

PNB Holdings Corporation has signed a new five-year lease agreement with Giftaway, Inc., extending the technology company’s occupancy at PNB Makati Center, where it has maintained its headquarters since 2018.

Giftaway is a Philippine-based provider of digital rewards, incentives, and eGift solutions serving businesses across various industries.

The lease renewal comes as PNB Makati Center continues to play a key role in the company’s operating performance.

In the first half of 2026, the property accounted for 26% of the Company’s revenues, helping drive a 26% increase in consolidated revenues to ₱634.3 million and an 85.3% rise in net income to ₱209.9 million.

Apart from the PNB Makati Center, the real estate company owns and manages a portfolio of strategically located commercial properties, including PNB Financial Center in Pasay and a prime 8,000-square meter lot at the corridor of Buendia and Paseo De Roxas, Makati City.

The company also recently reported total assets of ₱50.894 billion.

The agreement with Giftaway adds to PNB Holdings’ continuing leasing activities across its commercial properties as it prepares for its Listing by Way of Introduction on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
