PNB Holdings celebrates family day during 36th Philippine Family Week
PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC) gathered employees and their families for a Family Day celebration on Oct. 2 at Glorietta Cinema 3 in line with the observance of the 36th Philippine Family Week.Â
The event featured a block screening of DreamWorks’ Forgotten Island for PHC employees and their loved ones. The film’s themes of adventure and shared experiences echoed the spirit of the occasion, which highlighted the importance of family bonds and creating meaningful memories together.Â
In a message, Vice President for Human Resources and Administration Gladys Uy, emphasized the role of family in supporting employees’ success.Â
“At PHC, we believe that our success as an organization is made possible not only by our employees’ dedication, but also by the strong support system they have at home. That is why Family Day is a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the bond we share with our loved ones and to create lasting memories together,” Ms. Uy said.Â
“As we take a break from our daily responsibilities, we hope this movie block screening provides everyone with a chance to relax, have fun, and enjoy quality time with family and friends,” she added.Â
The activity formed part of the Philippine Family Week observance, which recognizes the vital role of families in fostering well-being, strong communities, and personal development.Â
Through initiatives such as Family Day, PNB Holdings continues to promote employee well-being and strengthen the culture of support that extends beyond the workplace.Â
