PNB Makati Center expands retail mix as transformed spaces near full occupancy
HungrySans joins PNB Makati Center’s growing retail mix
PNB Holdings Corporation (PSE: LTL) continues to enhance PNB Makati Center by repurposing existing spaces into additional leasable areas, creating new opportunities to generate value from its property portfolio.
The initiative reflects the Company’s approach to maximizing existing assets while responding to evolving tenant and consumer needs. By converting portions of the ground and mezzanine floors into retail and wellness spaces, PNB Makati Center has expanded its commercial offerings without requiring large-scale redevelopment.
The property now has approximately 4,780 square meters of retail and wellness space, which is nearing full occupancy.
Among its newest tenants is HungrySans, following the signing of a lease agreement with LTL. The café offers specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches and full meals through an all-day dining concept catering to professionals and urban consumers.
HungrySans joins Maxicare, BeFit, CHAGEE and Bibingka Manila, further diversifying the property’s tenant mix with healthcare, fitness, dining and lifestyle options for building occupants and visitors.
The mix will expand further with the upcoming openings of Salady and Lawson, adding more dining and convenience options for tenants, employees, visitors and the surrounding community.
PNB Holdings’ strategy to unlock long-term value from its portfolio is closely tied to the continued evolution of its existing properties, aligning spaces and tenant mixes with changing market needs.
