On November 25, the Long Gallery at PNB Financial Center—a space designed for celebrations—became a venue for something far greater than business. It became a place where lives were saved.
PNB Holdings Corporation, in partnership with the Philippine National Bank and the Philippine Red Cross, successfully held its second LifeSaver Blood Donation Drive for 2025.
The drive collected over 124 blood bags, all turned over to the Philippine Red Cross Blood Bank. Each bag represents hope for Filipinos who urgently need blood transfusions during medical emergencies but cannot afford them. In a country where thousands face life-threatening situations daily—accidents, surgeries, childbirth complications, and illnesses like cancer and dengue—blood donation is a lifeline.
One unit of blood can help up to three patients, meaning this single-day effort could potentially save hundreds of lives. Beyond the numbers, the impact is deeply human: parents returning home to their children, students continuing their education, and breadwinners sustaining their families.
“When you donate blood, you’re not just giving a part of yourself—you’re giving someone a chance to live, to dream, and to be with their loved ones again. That’s the true measure of impact,” said Joselito R. Consunji, PNB Holdings’ Chief Operating Officer.
The event drew enthusiastic participation from employees and partners, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. For PNB Holdings, this initiative is a reminder that real estate spaces can serve a higher purpose—becoming platforms for life-changing action.
This initiative is part of Project Solicitude, PNB Holdings’ corporate social responsibility campaign that aims to build better communities through empathy and action.
