Makati City – PNB Holdings successfully held its first Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2025, at the PNB Makati Center, bringing together senior leaders and department heads to align on the company’s 2026 strategic direction.
The event was organized by the Corporate Communications Department and the Human Resources Department, and served as a platform for leadership to reaffirm the company’s commitment to excellence, collaboration, and purpose-driven growth.
In her keynote address, Ms. Karlu T. Say, President, emphasized the importance of embracing excellence as a shared mindset across the organization.
“Excellence means being results-oriented, meticulous, and aligned,” Ms. Say said. “It means showing malasakit in every decision, knowing that what we do matters to our colleagues, our tenants, and our communities. When we raise the bar for ourselves, we raise the bar for the entire organization.”
A key highlight of the AGM was the presentation of departmental accomplishments and strategic plans. Each group shared key milestones achieved over the past year and outlined initiatives that will support the company’s transformation journey in the coming year. The presentations reflected a strong sense of alignment and accountability across all business units.
In his message, Chief Operating Officer Joselito R. Consunji reinforced the importance of values-driven leadership and organizational unity.
